Small parcels to the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed, larger parcels are sent via a courier service. When purchasing larger pots please contact me to discuss possible additional charges. Standard delivery costs for UK orders are £10, with £3 added for each extra item in an order. You are welcome to collect your pots from the gallery. If you wish to do so, please contact me to arrange a time. I aim to send orders out within 5 business days. If you need pots by a specific date, or you have any special requests or wish to use a courier service for standard orders, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
International orders are welcome. A £50 flat shipping rate will be applied to your order. We will find the least expensive method of shipping and then either refund or charge you the remainder after we ship the pots.
We use recycled materials for wrapping and packing the pots wherever possible. We take great care in the packaging of orders and are confident that they will arrive safely and undamaged. In the extremely rare case that they do not, please contact us straight away and we will aim to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately it is not possible to insure ceramics either in the post or with a courier, so we take responsibility for the pot arriving safely.
We hope that you are happy with any pots you purchase. However, if you are not, you are welcome to return the items for a full refund. To do so, you must first contact us. Please do not ship the item before doing so. Customers are entirely responsible for the return of any items, including postage and packaging costs and ensuring the item arrives unused and undamaged. We are not able to offer refunds on any items that arrive to us damaged.
