By car, it is approximately a 4 hour drive from central London. Take the M4 west to Swansea exit 47. Leave the motorway at Junction 47 and take the A483 towards Swansea. At the roundabout at the bottom of the hill turn right towards Gowerton. be careful here as there is a sign to Gower, pointing both to right and to left. Go straight on at the next roundabout. At the 3rd roundabout turn left towards Gowerton. Pass under a railway bridge. At the first set of traffic lights turn right towards North Gower and Llanrhidian. After approximately 6 miles you arrive at Llanrhidian, straight on to Oldwalls where there is a sign to Llanmadoc, fork right towards Cheriton. Follow the road for about 3 miles. After going down a steep hill and around a sharp bend, you will see the entrance to Bridge Pottery on your left and Cheriton Church will be on the right.
By train from London, there is a regular service from Paddington station to Swansea or Gowerton, the journey time is approximately 3 hours.
By bus, there are regular services from Swansea Bus Station to Bridge Pottery, see the Traveline Website section on Gower for more details. The 116 services stop at Cheriton Church which is directly opposite the Pottery.
By car, this is approximately a 30 minute drive. Take the Oystermouth Road along the seafront out of Swansea towards Mumbles. Just past the University, turn right at the traffic lights towards North Gower, drive past Singleton Hospital on the right. At the roundabout turn right. Go straight on until the T-junction then turn left onto Gower Road. Go through Killay and turn left at the roundabout. Proceed straight on until you reach Fairwood Common and go over the cattle grid. After the cattle grid, turn right towards North Gower and Llanhridian. On arrival at Llanhridian turn left at the T-junction. From here follow the directions described in the second paragraph from M4 above.
By car from Rhosilli it is approximately a 15 minute drive from Rhosilli, drive east until T-junction at Scurlage, turn left. At the second sharp bend, turn left down a narrow lane towards Burry Green. Straight on until T-junction at Bury Green, turn left towards Llangennith. Take the next right towards Llanmadoc. You come down a very steep hill and reach a T-junction opposite the Britannia Inn. Take a right and follow the road around a corner and over the bridge. Cheriton Church is on the left. The entrance to Bridge Pottery is on the right.

Walking, set off in the direction of Llanmadoc, bear right at the top of Llanmadoc hill, go down onto the road, turn left and walk down towards the pub, the Britannia. Turn right and walk a short distance to Bridge pottery. This should not take more than half an hour, excluding stops for the beautiful view.
